American Property Management Co. Ltd (APMC - Suzhou) is a wholly owned subsidiary invested by Asia Pacific Management Group. We provide international hotel management, property management and timeshare management. In following the same tradition of Asia Pacific Management Group, the APMC in China is doing business in developing hotel projects and other hotel related management business. Our focus has been in developing Hotel and Condo-Hotel projects by management contracts and partnership with developers since 2005. We have several projects in China with International Brand Hotels, property management and Condo-Hotels.
